客户关系营销 (CRM) 是一个业务流程,其中通过营销策略和活动建立客户关系、客户忠诚度和品牌价值。


售前售后服务是与客户的直接互动,它将与老客户和新客户建立长期的关系,从而产生客户忠诚度,而不是客户一次或不经常购买。 关系营销对于与客户保持密切联系的能力非常重要。


Customer relationship marketing (CRM) is a business process in which client relationships, customer loyalty and brand value are built through marketing strategies and activities.


Before and after sell service are directly interactions with customers, its will develop long-term relationships with established and new customers, which results in customer loyalty rather than customers purchase once or infrequently. Relationship marketing is important for its ability to stay in close contact with customers.
