The roots of the brand tree consist of purpose, promise, pledge, and personality. These foundational brand elements are the base from which the brand grows. If the roots are poor or incomplete, the brand will be as well.


Students will learn to understand the true idea of branding and why people buy brands. And how to create brand personality to build relationships with your customers.
